The Hunger Games

A book review- The Hunger Games written by Suzanne Collins is a very stimulating and unconceivable book. I am very thankful to Collins for writing such a startling book! She made my life-after I got disheartened about finishing Harry Potter- just like J.K Rowling did!! The Hunger Games tells us about the struggle and valor of Katniss Everdeen-the girl on fire- and how she handled each situation. I mean, if you find out that you’re going to be beached in a place you don’t know which is controlled by the President of you area (especially one who smells of blood and roses!!Eww!), and you have to kill your allies and other adversaries, you will have to be vexed, and then at the same time if you have to think about your family and try to win, well I would probably freak out. In Panem, there is a very bigoted ritual (I would not completely call it just a ritual) of Reaping, in which the names of the people are taken out –one man and one woman- from each district, there are 12 ...
