EXAM TIME - a headache for students

      CAN EXAMS BE FUN?

NO, the answer is a laconic and a very big NO! Exams are times when children have to pull up their socks and work harder, no matter how much adversity they may have faced during the entire term or session, and no matter how erudite the child is he or she has to study when exam time comes.Exams for me means an extra bundle of books on your table and thrice the studying hours. Children are not a big concern during exams the most and the only thing that is important is study, study and only study! According to me each and every child in this universe (even if there is life on Mars and there are children there also) is an astute learner. Getting good marks give the children relief from study that too only for a week or so , after that again on the track to study.

I am not saying that we children shouldn't study or anything but the message want to convey is that there should be some mercy shown to these little people who work so hard.Exams aren't a bit fun! I mean what fun is it studying what our ancestors used to eat or make or even do? , yes there are several reasons but they're nothing more than dogmatics for me.What fun is it reading boring whimsical and specious stories? Okay and on top of everything, what can you even expect from a child who has learnt a whole big fat HISTORY BOOK? The only thing you'll find a child during exams is studying.

The schools should understand these problems and abridge the books and syllabus both! But they are just doing the opposite , they're exacerbating their problems and are thickening the books more and more and lengthening the syllabus too.Yes, I agree that studying for exams might corroborate our doubts and make us less hypothetical but the editors should print more concise and terse books , because these extraneous and abundant details in the form of -Did you know? and facts , are just confusing children .But this printing of fat big books according to me has become a kind of a ritual in today's time and is immutable,so all these efforts are of no use

.And no wonder why the books have to be so scrupulous .Children study so much and in so much of depth that what they study has become what they dream!Exams just can't be fun,the only thing they bring us is tension , we're literally supposed to get a hundred upon hundred in each and every subject!Even mothers are so frustrated and perplexed that when they go into a restaurant instead of asking for the menu they might ask for the syllabus!
So exams don't just perplex us but others also, because every book may have a different theory,so what can even our elders do ?
So the straightforward answer to the question is NO.
